Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to recruit, develop, and manage a strong team of advisors to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong local network, and the ability to guide and motivate a team to meet sales targets. Candidates with experience in sales, team handling, or business development will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruit high-quality prospective advisors and ensure they complete licensing requirements.
- Guide, train, and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Provide on-the-job training, counseling, and performance monitoring for advisor development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive team productivity and ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives.
- Maintain policy persistency and ensure long-term retention of customers and advisors.
- Support advisors in client meetings, sales presentations, and business closures.
Desired Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate candidates preferred.
- Undergraduates must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Age between 22 to 35 years.
- Must be a resident of the hiring city for 5+ years.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, influence, and motivate a team effectively.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
