Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support business growth by identifying and nurturing potential customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching prospective leads, reaching out through multiple channels, qualifying opportunities, and collaborating closely with the sales team to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate potential leads for company products and services.
  • Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers to build a qualified lead database.
  • Reach out to prospects through email, phone calls, and digital tools.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass high-quality opportunities to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity updates in CRM systems.
  • Analyze lead generation performance and suggest improvements to optimize strategies.
  • Follow best practices for outreach, communication, and data management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good research and data analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and qualify opportunities effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach platforms, and lead-generation tools is an advantage.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
