Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience to support business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in software services companies, strong communication skills, and hands-on exposure to email and LinkedIn campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound activities.
  • Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Support the sales team by qualifying leads and assisting in proposal and follow-up activities.
  • Plan and execute email and LinkedIn campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Conduct online research to identify market trends, potential clients, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Perform cold calling and follow-up activities to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in software services companies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Good understanding of lead generation and sales support processes.
  • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills.
  • Proficiency in internet research and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
