Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operation Engineer with strong experience in heavy industrial environments to oversee mechanical and pneumatic component operations. The role involves managing inspection, repair, testing, and performance monitoring of equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational standards, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on industrial experience, and the ability to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and clients to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of mechanical and pneumatic components.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OEM standards and customer specifications.

• Conduct functional testing of overhauled components, including pressure and flow verification.

• Monitor operational performance and maintain accurate service logs and reports.

• Analyze operational data and provide insights for management and process improvements.

• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, PPE usage, and 5S workplace practices.

• Monitor preventive maintenance activities to maintain equipment reliability.

• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• BE/B.Tech (3+ years exp) or Diploma (6+ years exp) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in power plants or heavy industrial sectors (Steel, Cement, Fertilizer, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and pneumatic components.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and OEM specifications.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, safety standards, and 5S practices.
