Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to engage with prospective students and parents, provide course information, and support the admissions process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to guide students in making informed educational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain courses and
  admission procedures
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
• Counsel students on course selection based on interests, career goals, and eligibility
• Maintain and update lead database and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Build strong relationships with potential students and ensure a positive experience
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the institution’s reputation

Essential Skillset

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office / CRM tools
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role (education sector experience is a
  plus)
• Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into admissions

• 1–3 years of relevant experience

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
