Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights, product analytics, and digital engagement strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Manage onboarding, account activation, and product adoption
  • Ensure customers achieve measurable value from the product
  • Identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies
  • Analyze user behavior and product usage using tools like Mixpanel
  • Plan and execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
  • Track renewals, upselling opportunities, and account growth
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare reports

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • 2–3 years of experience in SaaS / IT industry
