Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled System Engineer – L3 to design, implement, and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud
environments. The ideal candidate will act as a technical expert, handle escalations, and lead infrastructure projects while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Windows Desktop and Windows Server infrastructure across multisite environments
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP services
• Manage Microsoft Exchange (on-premises and hybrid environments)
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Office 365), including email, licensing, and configurations
• Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint and mobile device management
• Lead virtualization environments using Hyper-V and VMware (HA & clustering)
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Develop and maintain backup strategies; perform disaster recovery testing
• Troubleshoot complex system, network, and cloud issues (L3 escalation point)
• Perform basic firewall administration
• Prepare Scope of Work (SOW) documents for infrastructure projects
• Ensure SLA compliance and adherence to IT standards
• Collaborate with security, networking, and infrastructure teams
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications

• Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate in relevant field
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Azure, AWS, VMware) are an added advantage
