Position Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Direct Sales Manager (DSM) with experience in open market sales and direct sourcing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and driving sales performance through field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through open market sourcing and field sales activities
• Acquire new customers and achieve assigned sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify new business opportunities in the local market
• Conduct market visits and promote products/services effectively
• Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of customer applications
• Provide regular sales updates and reports to the management

Essential Skillset

• trong experience in direct sales / open market sourcing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated approach
• Good understanding of local market dynamics
• Ability to work independently and in field-based roles

Qualifications

• Any Degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
