Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth through the agency channel (APC). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, a proven track record of performance, and the ability to generate business through direct sourcing and agent networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth through agency channel (APC model)
  • Recruit, train, and manage agents/advisors to achieve sales targets
  • Generate leads through direct sourcing and field activities
  • Support agents in closing deals and improving performance Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Essential Skillset

  • Strong experience in agency sales / business development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and earn incentives
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented approach

Qualifications

  • Graduate (Preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (No freshers)
  • Must have earned minimum 25% of fixed salary as incentives in the last 6 months
  • Experience in agency sales / BFSI / insurance is highly preferred
