Position Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Area Manager / Unit Manager to drive sales through the agency channel. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in direct sourcing and agency sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and earning incentives. This role involves managing agents, driving business growth, and ensuring consistent performance across assigned locations

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage insurance agents / advisors under the agency channel
• Drive sales through direct sourcing and agent networks
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Monitor and improve the performance of agents
• Support agents in lead generation and closing sales
• Conduct regular field visits and team meetings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
