Position Overview
We are looking for a target-driven Area Sales Manager to drive sales performance under the TPD Sales (HDFC – Tele) segment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to generate business through tele-sales and direct sourcing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through tele-calling and direct sourcing activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of applications
- Monitor performance and improve conversion rates
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Essential Skillset
- Strong experience in tele-sales / direct sales
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Proven ability to achieve targets and earn incentives
- Ability to handle high call volumes and conversions
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Graduate (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (No freshers)
- Must have earned minimum 25% incentives of fixed salary in the last 6 months
- Experience in BFSI / Banking / Tele-sales domain is preferred
