Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to work in the PSU Bank channel, responsible for driving business through bank partnerships. The ideal candidate will focus on building strong relationships with bank staff, generating leads, and converting them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate business through PSU Bank channel partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank officials and staff
  • Identify and convert leads into sales opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct joint calls and customer meetings with bank representatives
  • Ensure proper documentation and smooth processing of applications
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management

Essential Skillset

  • Strong experience in Bancassurance / BFSI sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Good understanding of banking and financial products
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset

Qualifications

  • Graduate (Preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • Experience in banking / insurance / bancassurance channel is preferred
