Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of GCC experience to support project execution and site operations. The candidate will be responsible for installation, testing, commissioning, and coordination of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on site experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management

• Execute installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment
• Ensure all site activities are carried out as per approved drawings, SLDs, and project specifications
• Supervise site work, subcontractors, and technicians for smooth execution
• Monitor daily site progress and report updates to management
• Ensure timely completion of tasks as per project schedule

Technical Coordination

• Review technical documents such as electrical drawings, layouts, and cable schedules
• Provide technical support and clarification to site teams
• Coordinate with engineering teams, consultants, and clients
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues at site

Planning & Scheduling

• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Track project progress and identify delays or risks
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely material delivery
• Assist in maintaining project timelines and milestones

Installation, Testing & Commissioning

• Perform pre-commissioning checks and functional testing
• Ensure systems are installed and operating as per design specifications
• Coordinate with vendors/OEMs during commissioning activities
• Ensure system performance meets project and client requirements

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards and project specifications
• Follow all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations at site
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure zero incidents
• Participate in inspections and audits

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in GCC (mandatory)
• Experience in electrical installation, site execution, and commissioning
• Exposure to industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred
