Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic markets
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, referrals, and
market research - Conduct field visits and client meetings to develop and maintain business
relationships - Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term
business growth - Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT/service solutions
- Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations, proposals, and sales pitches
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM
tools - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify
new opportunities - Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and networking
activities
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in IT/Service
industries - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional with a proactive approach
- Good understanding of sales strategies, market research, and business development
techniques - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Experience handling B2B clients and corporate accounts
- Arabic speaking
