We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Academic Counselor to join our growing team. Candidates with experience in driving user engagement, content delivery, and learning outcomes in Ed-Tech platforms are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
• Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs
• Convert leads into successful admissions
• Maintain follow-ups and student relationship management
• Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets
• Update CRM and admission records regularly

Eligibility & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in counseling, sales, telecalling, or business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills
