Position Overview
We are looking for a target-driven Area Sales Manager to drive sales performance under the TPD Sales (Federal) segment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to generate business through direct sourcing and field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales through direct sourcing and field sales activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Ensure proper documentation and smooth processing of applications
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Provide regular sales reports and performance updates
Essential Skillset
- Strong experience in field sales / direct sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve targets and earn incentives
- Good understanding of local market dynamics
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Graduate (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (No freshers)
- Must have earned minimum 25% incentives of fixed salary in the last 6 months
- Experience in BFSI / Banking / Sales domain is preferred
