Position Overview

We are looking for a target-driven Area Sales Manager to drive sales performance under the TPD Sales (HDFC – Tele) segment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to generate business through tele-sales and direct sourcing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through tele-calling and direct sourcing activities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of applications
  • Monitor performance and improve conversion rates
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

Essential Skillset

  • Strong experience in tele-sales / direct sales
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and earn incentives
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and conversions
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset

Qualifications

  • Graduate (Preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (No freshers)
  • Must have earned minimum 25% incentives of fixed salary in the last 6 months
  • Experience in BFSI / Banking / Tele-sales domain is preferred
