We are hiring result-driven professionals for the HDFC Tele Channel to drive insurance sales through banca partnerships and tele-sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive insurance sales through banca/tele-calling channels
• Manage and maintain relationships with HDFC bank partners
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Handle customer interactions and convert leads into business
• Ensure compliance with company and banking guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of banca experience (mandatory)
• Experience in insurance / BFSI / tele-sales preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented approach

• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience in banca or insurance sales
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
