Position Overview

We are looking for a self-driven and accountable ASP.NET Developer to work on an ERPbased education product. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling assigned modules while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, C#, MVC,
  and .NET Core
• Take end-to-end ownership of modules from requirement analysis to deployment
• Work independently while maintaining alignment with the development team
• Develop responsive UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery
• Work with MS SQL Server for data handling, optimization, and reporting
• Translate ERP workflows into technical solutions
• Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and participate in code reviews
• Manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines
• Collaborate with QA, Product, and Support teams for smooth releases
• Use AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) responsibly to enhance
  productivity

Essential Skillset

• Strong experience in ASP.NET (MVC / ASP.NET Core) and C#
• Experience building RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core (EF Core)
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server (Stored Procedures, LINQ, query optimization,
  performance tuning)
• Frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery
• Experience with Git version control
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Work Experience

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET development

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Experience working on ERP-based products
• Exposure to Education domain systems (ERP, CRM, LMS, Student Management
  Systems)
• Familiarity with complex data workflows and role-based access systems
