Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic markets
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, referrals, and
    market research
  • Conduct field visits and client meetings to develop and maintain business
    relationships
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term
    business growth
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT/service solutions
  • Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations, proposals, and sales pitches
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM
    tools
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify
    new opportunities
  • Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and networking
    activities

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in IT/Service
    industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated professional with a proactive approach
  • Good understanding of sales strategies, market research, and business development
    techniques
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Experience handling B2B clients and corporate accounts
