About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Cluster Manager to lead and grow Bancassurance business through branches in Kochi location. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to the Life Insurance industry and proven leadership in the Bancassurance channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and oversee sales performance across assigned Bank branches in Kochi.
• Build strong working relationships with bank leaders, branch managers, and sales teams
• Train, guide, and motivate bank staff to improve insurance sales conversions.
• Ensure continuous lead generation, customer engagement, and product pitching.
• Conduct joint calls, branch activation meetings, and performance reviews.
• Analyse sales gaps and implement strategies for improvement
• Maintain high compliance standards and ensure accurate documentation
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Required Experience & Skills

• Graduation mandatory; MBA preferred.
• 6–12 years of experience in Life Insurance Bancassurance (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of bank or similar bancassurance partnerships.
• Exceptional relationship-management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple branches and high-performing teams
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently.
