Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights, product analytics, and digital engagement strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Manage onboarding, account activation, and product adoption
- Ensure customers achieve measurable value from the product
- Identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies
- Analyze user behavior and product usage using tools like Mixpanel
- Plan and execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Track renewals, upselling opportunities, and account growth
- Maintain CRM records and prepare reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 2–3 years of experience in SaaS / IT industry
