Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Front Line Sales with 1–5 years of experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer handling abilities, and a deep understanding of insurance products and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell insurance products (life/health/general) to prospective customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and customer networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Conduct customer meetings, policy presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the sales manager.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure proper documentation, policy issuance, and post-sales follow-up.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in sales training, team meetings, and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and pipeline updates.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working with insurance agencies, brokers, or bancassurance.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle customer objections.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to travel as needed.
