Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors / agents
- Develop and manage a strong agency network
- Drive sales targets through advisors
- Conduct training and motivation sessions for agents
- Support advisors in lead generation and client acquisition
- Ensure policy sales, renewals, and persistency
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and yearly business targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Freshers with strong sales interest OR
- Candidates with 1+ year experience in sales / insurance / BFSI preferred
Required Skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation ability
- Ability to build and manage teams
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of insurance / financial products (preferred)
