Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard insurance advisors / agents
  • Develop and manage a strong agency network
  • Drive sales targets through advisors
  • Conduct training and motivation sessions for agents
  • Support advisors in lead generation and client acquisition
  • Ensure policy sales, renewals, and persistency
  • Maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve monthly and yearly business targets

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Graduate (Any Discipline)
  • Freshers with strong sales interest OR
  • Candidates with 1+ year experience in sales / insurance / BFSI preferred

Required Skills

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation ability
  • Ability to build and manage teams
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of insurance / financial products (preferred)
