Role Summary
The Global Business Head is responsible for leading Suntech’s end-to-end commercial, strategic, and operational expansion. The role focuses on driving growth across the Middle East—with primary emphasis on UAE and KSA—followed by wider regional markets, global expansion opportunities, and India’s evolving market potential. The position combines leadership, enterprise sales management, operational oversight, and product-commercial strategy to position Suntech as a market leader across all target geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead company business growth with priority focus on UAE and KSA.
- Manage expansion across the rest of the Middle East, including Egypt, Turkey, and Lebanon as part of a universal regional market.
- Develop and execute market-entry strategies for the Far East, Europe, and the United States.
- Strengthen Suntech’s presence and revenue share in the Indian market through strategic partnerships and enterprise accounts.
- Own global revenue targets across all regions and product categories.
- Build, manage, and forecast the international sales pipeline.
- Develop structured pricing strategies, proposals, and commercial frameworks
- Lead enterprise-level negotiations and closings with multi-country clients.
- Establish regional GTM (Go-To-Market) plans aligned with local business practices.
- Oversee relationships with high-value enterprise clients across all regions
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality onboarding, implementation, and support.
- Conduct regular stakeholder reviews and executive-level client meetings
- Manage renewal cycles, upselling, and long-term customer growth strategies
- Support implementation teams to deliver projects according to scope and timelines.
- Review BRDs, delivery plans, training schedules, and go-live readiness.
- Oversee multi-branch and multi-country rollouts, ensuring strong internal alignment.
- Ensure commitments made during sales are aligned with delivery capabilities.
- Collaborate with product teams to shape ERP modules for retail, wholesale, manufacturing, POS, and specialized business operations.
- Translate customer and regional market needs into product enhancements.
- Participate in long-term product roadmap discussions based on commercial demand.
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, partner meetings, and regional events.
- Work closely with marketing teams to support lead-generation and brand-building.
- Conduct product demos, solution walkthroughs, and executive presentations.
- Lead and mentor the global sales and business development team.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- MBA or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Minimum 10+ years in enterprise sales, ERP/technology solutions, or business leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-country markets, preferably in the Middle East.
- Strong track record in closing large enterprise accounts and managing long sales cycles.
- Background in ERP/POS/retail/manufacturing technology is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of ERP/POS and digital transformation workflows.
- Capability to operate in high-growth, high-pressure environments.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional team management.
