Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Marketing Lead to drive our SEO, Content, and Paid Media (PPC) strategy. This is a hands-on role with ownership across planning, execution, and performance, along with mentoring a junior team member.
You will have the autonomy to build and optimize marketing playbooks, manage budgets, and deliver measurable growth across acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Define quarterly strategies and OKRs for SEO, content, and paid channels
- Own integrated marketing calendar ensuring channel synergy
- Manage budgets with focus on CAC, ROAS, and ROI
- Build and maintain reporting and attribution frameworks
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Lead technical SEO audits and coordinate with engineering teams
- Drive keyword strategy, content clustering, and internal linking
- Manage off-page SEO including backlinks, PR, and partnerships
- Track and improve organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation
- Content Marketing
- Define content strategy aligned with the buyer journey
- Create and manage high-quality content (blogs, case studies, reports)
- Manage freelancers, editors, and content production
- Drive distribution through SEO, newsletters, and content repurposing
- PPC & Paid Media
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance tracking
- Collaborate with design/web teams for conversion optimization
- Forecast spend and pipeline impact
- Team Management
- Mentor and manage Junior Marketing Executive
- Provide performance feedback and support career growth
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, Content & PPC)
- Proven track record in driving organic growth and paid campaign performance
- Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush, GA4, GSC, GTM, Google
Ads, Meta Ads - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and content writing abilities
- Experience managing freelancers or team members
