Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Marketing Lead to drive our SEO, Content, and Paid Media (PPC) strategy. This is a hands-on role with ownership across planning, execution, and performance, along with mentoring a junior team member.
You will have the autonomy to build and optimize marketing playbooks, manage budgets, and deliver measurable growth across acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Planning
  • Define quarterly strategies and OKRs for SEO, content, and paid channels
  • Own integrated marketing calendar ensuring channel synergy
  • Manage budgets with focus on CAC, ROAS, and ROI
  • Build and maintain reporting and attribution frameworks
  1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Lead technical SEO audits and coordinate with engineering teams
  • Drive keyword strategy, content clustering, and internal linking
  • Manage off-page SEO including backlinks, PR, and partnerships
  • Track and improve organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation
  1. Content Marketing
  • Define content strategy aligned with the buyer journey
  • Create and manage high-quality content (blogs, case studies, reports)
  • Manage freelancers, editors, and content production
  • Drive distribution through SEO, newsletters, and content repurposing
  1. PPC & Paid Media
  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with design/web teams for conversion optimization
  • Forecast spend and pipeline impact
  1. Team Management
  • Mentor and manage Junior Marketing Executive
  • Provide performance feedback and support career growth
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, Content & PPC)
  • Proven track record in driving organic growth and paid campaign performance
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush, GA4, GSC, GTM, Google
    Ads, Meta Ads
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and content writing abilities
  • Experience managing freelancers or team members
