Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to grow our presence in the Kerala market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building trusted client relationships, and presenting our Tax & Accounting software solutions with strong product expertise. The ideal candidate will understand market trends, communicate effectively, and consistently drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify market potential and strategically penetrate key customer segments in Kerala and the Indian market.
- Monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence on pricing, offerings, and industry trends.
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients with clarity and professionalism.
- Develop strong value propositions using in-depth product and competitor knowledge.
- Build trusted client relationships and act as a reliable advisor on business solutions.
- Master the full range of Tax & Accounting software products through training and continuous learning.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Convert leads into long-term customers and manage consultative, high-value sales cycles.
- Achieve assigned sales targets within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and market insights.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Management.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to understand client needs.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-driven with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills across diverse customer groups.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
