Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Cypress.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing for web applications.
• Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure product
  quality.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test execution results, identify defects, and support issue resolution.
• Maintain test documentation, reports, and quality metrics.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
  initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery through effective testing strategies and
  automation practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  o Playwright
  o Cypress
  o JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Supertest.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and software testing best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in automation framework development from scratch.
• Knowledge of performance testing concepts will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to cloud-based testing environments and DevOps practices preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
